Board member and President of Roads Australia. Previously Non-executive Chairman of transport technology company EROAD Ltd (ERD:NZX).

Joycelyn has extensive experience in finance and taxation in Australia and internationally, 15 years as an ASX listed non-executive director across a range of industries. 

Past President of CPA Australia and Professions Australia.

Rob has over 20 years’ experience in Construction Tech, co-founding global leading collaboration platform Aconex. In 2018, Aconex was acquired by Oracle for A$1.6b, the largest technology acquisition in Australian history.

George has over 15 years’ transactional and advisory experience across a range of industries in Australia and offshore. He sits on a number of boards in both Australia and New Zealand operating in tourism, finance, robotics and automation and medical technology.

Michael had 5 years’ experience as a Civil Engineer prior to co-founding Felix in 2012. Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering.

Mike has over 15 years’ experience in managing technology companies, including start-ups prior to co-founding Felix in 2012.
