At peak construction, approximately 100 workers will be required to carry out the works. According to a statement released by NRW, the company will be utilising its existing fleet for the delivery of this project.
Construction is set to commence in April 2018 and is expected to take up to 44 weeks to complete.
The Marandoo iron ore mine is located approximately 35 kilometres east of Tom Price in the Pilbara. It is one of the various mines that Rio Tinto operates in the region.
