McNab secures contract to build Gold Coast's new luxury apartments

McNab has secured Iconic Apartments build at Kirra Beach QLD, utilising their experienced team on the Gold Coast who look forward to developing their home city.

In a company statement, McNab said the project "set to commence on site next month and will feature 98 luxury apartments over 15 levels as well as a 3 level basement, retail tenancies, and luxury community facilities such as a pool and gym."

The new Iconic Apartments are developed by Gold Coast developers Tayside and Melbourne’s Three Pillars. The apartment building will be located at the corner of Lord and Musgrave Streets.

Further details on this project will be announced in the coming months, so watch this space for updates.
