Lendlease Building has just been announced as the successful contractor to deliver Sydney’s newest landmark – 60 Martin Place. This $300 million, 33-storey building is owned by Investa Property Group and Gwynvill Group which was designed by leading architectural firm, Hassell.
60 Martin Place is located on the corners of Macquarie Street, Martin Place and Phillip Street, and will have more than 40,000 square metres of space for lease spread out across 33 stories.
According to Investa’s head of commercial development, Mark Tait, Lendlease was chosen because of their capabilities as well as their extensive and relevant experience in high quality developments.

Construction is set to begin in July and is projected to be completed in 2019.

Infrastructure NSW has today named Lendlease as the preferred contractor to design and construct the new Western Sydney Stadium in Parramatta, beating out John Holland and Multiplex for the project.
